Meet our Team - Employee Spotlight
When we last introduced one of our team members we said it was hard to not have favorites. Meet our Administrative Assistant, Brooke Riggs, and you’ll get an idea of why we said just that. Brooke has been with Balance Point Heating & Cooling just over a year and we are proud to have her on our team. Many of our customers are greeted by Brooke when they call. She does a great job assisting them and supporting our administrative staff and sales team. Brooke’s creativity shines at our office. Her sweet composure is great to be around, especially on some of those hectic days we find ourselves in the HVAC industry. She was happy to share a little more about herself, too.
What do you like to do when you’re not doing a great job for Balance Point? I love to paint with my girlfriends and cook delicious meals with my husband Zane.
What is the craziest thing you have ever done? I got the opportunity to go to Hawaii with a friend, and we went parasailing. Giving that I'm terrified of heights, I cried the whole way up! Looking back, I'm so glad I did it. We’ll keep Brooke in the office and off the ladders, but we will need to hear more about that adventurous side!
What is your favorite food? My cousins and I threw together a casserole with chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, cheese and white gravy when we were little. To this day, my aunt makes it every year on my birthday! Okay, Brooke - we are ready any day for you to share that recipe!

Tell us, is it about winning, losing or how well you play the game? Definitely how well you play the game. As long as you are doing your best, and have a great team for support, you can't possibly lose.
