A Great Team Member Bids Us Farewell! Good Luck Ana
We have an incredible team here at Balance Point Heating & Cooling. We’d like to introduce you to one of those team members: Ana Misener, our Customer Service Representative and Accounts Payable Assistant. Ana started with our company just a few months ago. Unfortunately for Balance Point, but quite fortunate for Ana and her husband, she will be leaving us this week. Ana’s husband, Matt Misener, has been given a promotion with his employer, Love’s Travel Stops and they are transferring to Springfield. Missouri.
Ana has shared her talents with Balance Point Heating & Cooling and assisted with several projects. We will miss her a lot. She has been one of the pleasant voices you hear on the phone when you call. Ana moved to Missouri from Florida with a brief stop in Salem, Oregon. We asked Ana to share some fun stuff about her because everyone has a good story to tell – aside from why their air conditioner isn’t working!
How would you describe yourself? Ana’s Answer: Simple ,fun loving, down to earth, crazy cat lady! (Now, we are a bit surprised – who would have figured this from our quiet, soft spoken and always smiling Ana!)
What’s your favorite food? Ana’s Answer: Pizza (We forgot to ask her what kind, but we’re thinking: Any!)
What do you do for fun? Ana’s Answer: Knit, sew, read – earthy stuff. (And we also know, she loves crystals and stones! And she plays wonderful music while she works!!)
We are going to miss Ana and appreciate her hard work during her short tenure with Balance Point Heating & Cooling. We wish you the best of luck Ana & Matt!
