Dana is the lead dispatcher of Balance Point. She acts as the head of Planned Maintenance customer accounts, oversees inventory, accounts receivables, and maintains the service schedule. Outside of work Dana likes to spend her time with her husband and two kids, reading, and socializing with friends.
